When several students with the quest of getting knowledge come together they form a class. When a student gets new ideas and stores them in their mind then use the latter to solve a problem we can say that the learning process has taken place. Every child in the classroom have their learning process, and that makes them unique from the other leaners. The children who learn by observation use the visual style of learning. A teacher who has students using visual learning in their class need to use demonstrations like pictures, and also they play films on the screen which helps them delivery the lesson. Another group of learner use the auditory learning style, they like to learn by listening. They can listen to spoken words, and sounds and they get destructed easily. The students who use the tactile style of learning can be taught by setting the lessons practically. Having the three types of learners in class can sometimes be hard to know which style to use teaching and accommodate all the learners. To have a good time info. in the class the teacher must be in control of the whole class, and ensuring that every student participates in the lesson. To accommodate every student the teacher should link what they are teaching to real life. In a science class when learning about cleanliness, the teacher can use the real-life situation whereby the people wash their hand after visiting the washrooms. Also the teacher can link what he or she is teaching with the real life using specific everyday examples. For instance in a math class when teaching about time, the teacher can use the time student arrives at school to show time.
Another way more about of making that all the students participate in the learning process is by engaging the students and giving them choices as they prefer. A teacher should ensure that when grouping the student in the various groups, the groups are well balanced as per the learning styles of the students. After forming the groups the teacher should give the group a question to solve this will enable the student to engage each other in their groups. The question now! gives to the group should be a tuff so that everybody can be involved in the group the problem-solving process. The problem given to each group should ensure that there is an interaction between the group members. Also the teacher can give the student different homework menu to try instead of one for the whole class. When giving out the homework, the teacher should consider the learning style of every student. Giving the student assignment on the topic which the teacher was teaching will make the student apply what they have learned.
